This policy explains how Telltale Holding LLC ("Telltale," "we," "us") handles personal information across this website and the products we operate, including RegattaHub, Windline, and Shelvo.

Individual products may publish their own, more specific privacy policies. Where a product policy differs from this one, the product policy governs that product.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, register for an event, contact us for support, or subscribe to a paid plan. Depending on the product, this may include:

• Name and email address
• Account credentials
• Information you enter into the product, such as event entries, race data, or reading lists
• Payment information, which is processed by our payment providers and not stored on our systems

We also collect limited technical information automatically, including device type, operating system, and basic usage and diagnostic data, in order to operate and improve the products.

How we use information

We use personal information to provide and maintain the products, process transactions, respond to support requests, communicate about service changes, and detect and prevent fraud or abuse. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We share information with service providers who perform work on our behalf — hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and error monitoring — and only to the extent needed to perform that work. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Some products publish information by design. In RegattaHub, for example, entry lists and race results are published as part of running a public event.

We retain personal information for as long as an account is active or as needed to provide the products, and thereafter as required to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act or the General Data Protection Regulation.

Children

Our products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Where a sailing event involves junior competitors, entry information is provided by a parent, guardian, or organizing authority.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
